I’m Chef Titi — a mother, a caterer, and a neurodivergent entrepreneur building something different on purpose.
What started as a way to provide for my family has grown into a structured catering experience designed to serve people at scale while creating real opportunity for others like me.
Through Tijara Build a Jollof Bowl Catering, I combine bold West African flavor, efficient systems, and intentional service to create experiences that bring people together — while building something bigger than food.
