All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Event changes or cancellations may be subject to additional fees.
We reserve the right to modify or cancel services if necessary.

~ Cancellations made within 14 days of the event may be subject to partial or full balance charges due to preparation, staffing, and food procurement.
This Catering Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Tijaara Bowls Catering (“Caterer”) and Client upon booking confirmation and payment of deposit.

1. Event Details
Client agrees to provide accurate event details including date, time, location, guest count, and menu selections. Final guest count must be confirmed no later than 30 days prior to the event.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure the event date.
The remaining balance is due by 14 days before event date or earlier .
Failure to submit payment by the due date may result in cancellation of services.
3. Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event may be subject to partial charges due to preparation, staffing, and food procurement.

Menu or guest count adjustments must be submitted in writing. Additional charges may apply.

5. Service Conditions
Client is responsible for providing safe access to the venue, adequate space for setup, and any required venue permissions.
Tijaara Bowls Catering is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (including weather, venue restrictions, or emergencies).

Caterer is not responsible for food once service has concluded or for improper handling by guests.
